When does this agreement apply to me?

The moment you register, log in or play, this agreement is in force between you and Penticton Casino. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site. How are game results decided?

Every digital game runs on a random number generator. Each spin, card and roll is independent. Live dealer games follow the rules shown at the table and are run in real time by real dealers.

Rules and payout tables are posted in every game, so check them before you play. If a game, connection or server fails, all plays and payouts affected by the fault are void, and stakes on those voided plays are returned to your balance.

What is not allowed?
